Professional Fees

Good travel takes time, expertise, and a whole lot of behind the scenes work. Our planning and management fees cover all of it. When you secure our services you will receive the following:

  • Personalized Travel Consultation: Getting to know your travel style, preferences, and priorities.

  • Planning & Research: Handpicked properties and experiences tailored exclusively to you.

  • Curated Proposal: Featuring first and best thoughtfully designed itinerary for one (1) destination.

  • Two (2) Rounds of Revisions: Refining your trip so that it feels right for you. Additional revisions will incur a fee of $50.

  • Optional Pre-Departure Call: This is your opportunity to review travel documents and discuss details and logistics.

  • Booking Management: Ensuring all reservations are confirmed and details are executed.

  • In-Destination Travel Support: Access to my trusted travel partners while in destination.

  • Dedicated Travel App

FEE STRUCTURE

As is standard within the professional travel industry, Lux Travel Suite, Inc. charges a planning fee for the expertise, research, and concierge-level service provided throughout the planning process. Planning fees are based on the complexity of your itinerary, trip duration, destinations, and number of travelers. Fees will be determined following your initial consultation.

HOTEL ONLY BOOKING - Complimentary for the traveler that request a specific property and firm dates.

  • Through our partnership with selected premium properties around the world, we can provide exclusive VIP worthy perks. When you book with us, you'll have access to preferred perkes you won't find when booking directly or through online platforms. These perks include room upgrades upon arrival (subject to availability), complimentary breakfast for two, resort, food & beverage, or spa credits, o)r early check-in/late check-out (subject to availability).

*Note: If you select a property that is not part of our preferred premium partner program, benefits may not be available.

FULL PLANNING SERVICES - starting at $150 per adult on a single reservation (based on the complexity of the trip)

  • This is for the traveler who wants everything handled, reservations for hotel/resort, transfers, activities, spa treatments, dinner reservation and ongoing support before and during travel.

SMALL GROUP (5 to 10 adults) - starting at $400 (base on the complexity of the trip).

  • Full service travel planning and support before and during travel .

CRUISES ONLY - Complimentary for the traveler who has decided which cruise line and dates they want to sail. Cruise booking and reservation management only. No pre/post travel arrangements outside of booking.

  • Pre/Post OCEAN cruise travel arrangements (hotel stay and transfers) - $100 pp

  • Pre/Post RIVER cruise travel arrangements (hotel stay, transfers, and tours) - $200 pp

* Military Veterans and their family members (active and retired) Discount on Professional Fees - $50 off

*All services include agent support, booking management and support from our in-destination partners.

Revisions, Deviations, and Cancellations

Any revisions or deviations made to a reservation are subject to a non-refundable $25 agent admin fee plus a change fee determined by the travel supplier.

By paying Lux Travel Suite, Inc. planning fee, you understand and accept for yourself and the travelers included in your party the planning fees outlined herein. You acknowledge and accept that all fees are non-refundable, whether you decide to book the travel presented or not. You agree to all fees such as cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties, and understand that unused portions of travel vouchers are non-refundable. You also understand that these fees are separate from the cost of your trip and the tour operator/cruise line policies and are non-transferable. By paying our planning fee, you also acknowledge receiving a copy of our Terms and Conditions and a copy of our Management and Planning Fee Agreement. Paid planning fees are subject to change 30 days after the initial proposal/quote is delivered.
