Client Commitment
Ready to move forward? We send over a planning agreement and collect our concierge fee. This secures your spot on our calendar and officially gets things moving. Your Lux Reset is now in the works.
Step 3:
Curate & Propose
We collaborate with our exclusive travel partners to create your first and best custom proposal. Your proposal is delivered with a personalized and detailed video.
Step 4:
Refine & Finalize Details
We go through the proposal together and fine-tune anything that doesn't feel quite right. Once you're happy with it, we handle all the bookings and logistics from there. You'll receive a clean, organized digital itinerary with everything in one place so no digging through emails or confirmations.
Step 5:
Support & Send-off
Now the best part—start counting down. While you're soaking it all in, We are behind the scenes making sure everything flows seamlessly. You have direct access to your travel advisor throughout your trip, plus trusted in-country partners if anything comes up. No stress, no scrambling. Just you, fully present, enjoying every moment.

Welcome Home!
Once you're home, we will check in to hear how it all went; what moments stood out, what exceeded expectations, and what you could've done without. This helps us design something even more tailored for your next trip. Because there's always a next one.

Do you charge a fee for your services?
Yes, there's a non-refundable planning and concierge fee that's collected before we begin. The fee depends on the complexity of your trip, and it reserves your spot on our calendar so we can give your experience the focus it deserves.

We've built relationships with hotels/resorts and partners around the world that translate into real benefits for you...room upgrades when available, resort credits, welcome amenities, and thoughtful details that turn a good trip into an unforgettable one. This isn't just booking somewhere to stay. It's having someone in your corner from the first conversation to the moment you're back home; a support system dedicated to creating an experience designed entirely around you.
Do you book airfare?
Yes, we book airfare for our full-service clients. We assist and manage any schedule changes that occur before or during travel.
Do you book private villas?
Yes, we can book luxury private homes and villas around the world. We work with vetted partners to guarantee these properties are safe and perfect for your needs. Please note we DO NOT book with Airbnb or VRBO properties given we cannot verify the quality and legitimacy of those listings.
What if I cancel my trip?
Every supplier has different cancellation policies and timelines, and because your trip is fully customized, we always recommend travel insurance. It protects your investment if plans change unexpectedly—whether you need to cancel, postpone, or adjust. We can guide you toward insurance options that fit your needs, including policies that let you cancel for any reason. It's one more layer of peace of mind so you can book with confidence.
Do you book family travel?
We specialize in adult only travel, ages 21 and older.
When should we reach out to start planning?
Start planning early. The best resorts and room categories go fast, especially during peak travel seasons—June through August and November through February. The sooner we start, the more options you have.
As a general guide, we recommend reaching out at least 6-9 months before your trip, and 12-18 months out for groups and milestone celebrations.
We don't take bookings for travel departing in less than three months—this includes resorts, villas, and custom itineraries. Cruise bookings have more flexible timelines and can often be arranged closer to departure. Creating a truly personalized, seamless experience takes time—time to research, connect with the right partners, and design something that actually fits you. If slow luxury travel is what you're after, the best time to start is now.
Do you book weekend getaways?
We specialize in trips of 5 days or longer. Shorter getaways don't allow for the kind of slow, immersive experiences our clients desire.
Can you find me a good deal?
We don't hunt for discounts or price. match—we deliver unmatched value. What we offer goes beyond price: full-service planning, access to properties where our relationships mean room upgrades when available, resort credits, early check-in, late checkout, and personalized touches. These perks don't show up on booking sites, and they often outweigh any discount you'd find online.
