We offer bespoke travel planning, which means the itinerary, the bookings, and every small detail in between are built specifically around you, so all you notice is how easy it feels. We keep our client list small on purpose. It means your trip gets our full attention instead of a fraction of it, and you're never just another booking in a queue.
Below are the three ways to work with us, each one offers a different level of how much you'd like to hand off.

Research & Proposal
Collaboration with our exclusive travel partners to create your custom proposal will begin once we receive your signed Service Agreement and paid invoice for our planning and design fee.
Step 4:
Finalize Details & Deposit
We offer two rounds of revisions to fine-tune anything that doesn't feel quite right. Once you review and approve your proposal, your initial deposit will be collected to secure your reservations. Remaining payments can be made at your convenience, and we'll clearly outline final payment details in advance.
Step 5:
Support & Send-off
Now the best part...start counting down! While you're soaking it all in, we will be behind the scenes making sure everything flows seamlessly from the departure to your arrival back home. You can relax knowing you have professional support while you travel.
Step 6:
Welcome Home!
Once you're home, we will reconnect so you can share how it all went; what moments stood out, what exceeded expectations, and what you could've done without. This also is the time to share any photos of those unforgettable moments. This helps us design something even more tailored for your next trip. Because there's always a next one.

Our Service Suite
Every trip starts with a real conversation, not a cookie-cutter package or an itinerary pulled off a shelf. Service fees are due upfront before planning begins and are non-refundable and non-negotiable. Fees are based on one traveler and are scaled according to your specific inquiry.
Premium Booking
Service Fee: Starting at $200 per traveler
For the traveler who does not need full travel planning or wants to plan their own travel experience. We take care of the key components; your hotel and transfers. From there, you have the space to plan the rest on your own.

For the traveler who's already built their own trip and just wants a professional eye on it before they book. You've done the research and picked the stays; now you want someone who knows the industry to confirm there are no alternatives to consider.

Full day-by-day review of your itinerary
Feedback on pacing and logistics
Advise on opportunities to elevate activities, like private tours or after-hours access
Assessment of your accommodation's location and fit for your trip
Delivered video screenshare, or written notes, whichever you prefer
Peace of mind before you commit

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you find me a good deal?
I do not hunt for discounts or price match. I deliver unmatched value. What I offer goes beyond price: full-service planning, access to properties where our relationships mean room upgrades when available, property credits, early check-in, late checkout, and personalized touches. These perks don't show up on booking sites, and they often outweigh any discount you'd find online.
My aligned clients aren't after the cheapest rate. They want the right experience, with someone ensuring every detail falls into place.
Why do you charge a service fee?
Lux Travel Suite, Inc. charges a planning and service fee for the time, expertise, research, and personalized support that goes into designing and managing your trip. These fees are based on the complexity of your itinerary, trip duration, destinations, and number of travelers. Fees will be determined following your initial consultation.
We allow you to select the level of investment that matches your needs from our service suite. This allows us to prioritize your trip and provide the level of support it requires.
Do you book airfare?
Due to the volatile nature of the airline industry, I only assist with booking refundable premium class tickets (excluding miles/points tickets).
Do you book private villas?
Yes, I can book luxury private homes and villas around the world. I work with vetted partners to guarantee these properties are safe and perfect for your needs. Please note I DO NOT work with properties that are individually managed, such as AirBNB, given I cannot verify the quality or legitimacy of those listings.
What if I cancel my trip?
Every supplier has different cancellation policies and timelines, and because your trip is fully customized, travel insurance is always recommended. It protects your investment if plans change unexpectedly, whether you need to cancel, postpone, or adjust.
Do you book family travel?
My primary market is adult only travel, ages 21 and older. However, I will accommodate family bookings using our family friendly preferred resorts, vacation homes and private villas. I do not book Disney vacations.
When should I reach out to start planning?
Start planning early. The best pricing room availability go fast, especially during peak travel seasons—June through August and November through February. The sooner we start, the more options you have.
As a general guide, I recommend reaching out at least 6-9 months before your trip, and 12-18 months out for groups and milestone celebrations.
I do not take bookings for travel departing in less than 60 days unless you are ready to make full payment...this includes resorts, villas, and custom itineraries. Cruise and hotel only bookings have more flexible timelines and can often be arranged closer to departure. Creating a truly personalized, seamless experience takes time...time to research, connect with the right partners, and design something that actually fits you.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Many of my travel partners offer flexible payment plans.. Deposit amounts, payment schedules, and final payment deadlines are determined by the supplier and will vary by trip. Booking early allows you to spread payments over time. There are some circumstances where full payment may be required at the time of booking.
